About ADAPT Wellness

ADAPT Wellness is an independent pelvic floor and physical therapy practice that uses a whole body approach to treat the root cause, instead of just treating symptoms. We use integrative lifestyle medicine and yoga to improve overall health. ADAPT is a cash based provider and you will always receive one on one, hour long sessions.

Providing services within a 10 mile radius of Uptown Charlotte. Traveling fee for services provided 10-20 miles outside of Uptown Charlotte
